All address records are stored in the file named “PopAddress File” in the PopAddress Folder (which is in your System Folder). You should back this file up occasionally as you would any important data file.
NOTE: Moving from one record to another, printing, creating a new record, etc., will automatically save any changes to the current record you are editing.
